The first hundred days
“Look at all these Obama t-shirts,” Kate said as we were walking up Yonge Street the other night. “Every one of them’s got a different slogan under his picture.”
“Yeah,” I said. “I guess there’s no shortage of inspiring words that you can put on a shirt with his face.”
“You know what?” she said. “Somebody should do a website that’s just pictures of Barack Obama, followed by a bunch of irrelevant nonsense words.”
Long story short, we just launched hundreddays.org. Check it out.
You forgot ‘irrelevant but awesome’ words.
That’s important. You can’t just pair that face with ‘drain’ or ‘corporation’.
Unless it was a really inspiring drain, of course.
Hmmm… It might be interesting to see how many words can be made inspiring just by virtue of being worked into that image.
