		<description><![CDATA[	&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;ve always had this feeling that the Cap&#8217;n&#8216;s military credentials may be, shall we say, a bit fraudulent.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;(On the other hand, I&#8217;ve read Dr Pepper&#8217;s PhD thesis, and he makes some interesting remarks about the true causes of the South American hyperinflation crisis of the early &#8217;90s. That guy&#8217;s totally legit.)&lt;/p&gt;
