It’s not like there wasn’t another Starbucks right down the street, you know?

CTV British Columbia is reporting that a man was arrested this weekend in the act of attempting to rob a Starbucks franchise – by the two cops waiting in line that he’d just cut in front of, both of whom had wandered over from the police station right across the road.

I don’t want to tell anybody how to do their job, but do you know what I think went wrong here?
