But after I copied the existing blog over to the new system, the place was a bit of a mess. I’ve got a lot of cleaning up to do in order to get the archives up to par.

So for the time being, all of the old posts have been converted to drafts and hidden from public view. They’ll reappear one by one as I go through them and clean up the code. Thanks as always for your patience.

Tonight, I finally decided to make the switch from WordPress to Textpattern. I’m hoping it will allow me to do a lot of things with this site that WordPress wouldn’t. But first I’ve got to clean the place up and make sure everything’s working.

I’ll get to that tomorrow, though it’s tough to say how long the job will take. Thanks for your patience in the meantime. I’ll keep posting as I go, so feel free to stay tuned. You hopefully won’t be angry that you did!
