Link of the Day: RaBIT

The Ranked Ballot Initiative of Toronto, or RaBIT, is a new initiative brought to us by Project Coordinator Dave Meslin and the good people at 123toronto.ca. “We’re proposing,” their website’s splash page explains, “a small, simple change that would make Toronto’s elections more fair, diverse, inclusive and friendly.”

We’ve talked a little bit about electoral reform on this site lately, and you’ll be hearing a lot more about it as the recent election results are analyzed and support continues to grow for new projects such as these.
