The mayorrobford.ca handoff has quietly begun

Two days ago, on the day that our mayor was sworn in, I mentioned that I happen to own mayorrobford.ca. Yesterday, I noted that a friend of mine had approached me with a good idea for it, and I invited anyone who might be interested in getting involved to get in touch with me.

A few people did, so I’ve put them all in touch with each other. If you’d like to get involved as well, then let me know, and I’ll gladly direct you to them.

I should stress once again that this isn’t my project; for a wide range of personal reasons, I don’t want to get involved any further than I have – and once I’ve handed off the domain name, to these guys or otherwise, I officially won’t be involved at all. In fact, this is probably the last time I’ll mention it until there’s actual news to report. But by all means, stay tuned for updates.
