Blogging made easier with an editorial calendar
If I’m going to develop and stick to a daily posting habit, then I’m going to need all the help I can get – and I think I may have found it in the form of an editorial calendar.
As the folks at Copyblogger once explained, an editorial calendar is “just a fancy term for a publishing schedule.” But the simple act of developing that schedule, which you can use to organize and order your posts, is “the foundation of strategic blogging.”
Even if you’re like me, and you’re more interested in building good writing habits than good marketing strategies, an editorial calendar is a useful tool to have at your disposal.
If you’re a WordPress user, and any of this appeals to you, then you might want to install the plugin I’m now using. This is the first post I’ve written and scheduled with it, but so far, so good.
