By the way, have you seen my brother’s reel?

On a whim, I decided to visit YouTube this week and see if my brother, an actor and comedian of some acclaim, had added his reel to his channel. And sure enough, hooray!

Although I’ve gotten to watch my brother put a lot of this reel together while he’s been living with us this summer, I have to admit that I haven’t seen a lot of these productions. I’ve mentioned the “Ghosts N Stuff” video before, and I’ve literally been waiting for years to finally catch his hammy performance in that old ExpressVu commercial. But aside from the Sketchersons clip, which also features the frankly terrific Sarah Hillier, the rest of it’s new to me.

And you know what? If it’s weird for a man to suggest that his little brother rivals Ed Burns in the “rugged Irish/military handsomeness” category when you slap an army uniform on him and cast him in what appears to be a short film about old school gamers as soldiers, then what can I tell you? I guess I’m weird. Deal with it, everybody!
