That got your attention, didn’t it? The place in question is called Ohhh Canada, and the launch party is here in town at 7:00 PM tonight. Oh, and for every purchase, the store will donate fifty cents to ovarian and prostate cancer charities.
My friend Ana put me in touch with the owner, Katrina McKay, a few weeks ago. I figured it would be a different sort of gig, and a good opportunity to help out a promising and positive new business. If nothing else, it ought to make for a fun and different kind of Friday night – even if I am one of only a handful of blushing men in the room.
