Pre-order Neil Pasricha’s awesome book

I’ve mentioned my friend Neil Pasricha and his award-winning blog 1000 Awesome Things in this space before. But tonight, I’m glad to be able to tell you that he’s got a new book on the way. Not just any book, but a book you can pre-order now through Amazon and other online retailers.

Much of the appeal of Neil’s blog is in its joyous celebration of the mundane things in all of our lives, like when the dog’s really excited you’re back home. But with the book on the way, he’s currently writing a series of unusually introspective and personal posts; part three is all about dealing with his divorce, and part four remembers a friend a year after his suicide. And impressively, it doesn’t feel like any sort of departure from his usual content and tone.

Neil’s a fellow who can make you laugh every time; hell, he’s one of the funniest people I know. But there’s a lot more to him than that, and I think the book and the blog alike will reflect that. Go ahead and check them out.
