I’ll be spinning at the Journalists for Human rights tenth anniversary “Night for Rights” gala on Thursday
I know it’s a bit of short notice, but I’m glad to be able to tell you that I’ll be spinning a supporting slot at this year’s edition of Night for Rights, the annual Journalists for Human Rights fundraising gala. I’ve appeared at several of these events since JHR’s early days, but I’m especially proud to be a part of this one, because it will mark the organization’s tenth anniversary.
It’s all happening at the Royal Ontario Museum this Thursday night. The doors open at 9:00 PM, and the dress code is “cocktail chic.” Tickets can be purchased in advance online through the Night for Rights website, and since it’s generally a packed house, I’d recommend getting yours early.
Do join us on Thursday night and help celebrate ten years of terrific work by Canada’s leading media development organization! If you want to learn more, or if you’re unable to join us, visit JHR online to check out the vital work they do, and to learn how you can support it. Thanks!
