Migrating from one iPhone to another
The replacement iPhone I had to order from Rogers arrived on Thursday. And when I say it arrived, I mean UPS deserves credit for doing the best and most competent delivery job I’ve ever seen them do. Of course, when I say that, I mean they tried to deliver it once, and then they told me I’d have to go to Scarborough to pick it up.
Frankly, that was fine by me. Experience has taught me that the earlier UPS says “Look, you take it from here,” the better a chance you have of getting your package. Besides, I don’t get out to Scarborough as often as I should.
That was a couple of days ago, and I haven’t yet opened the box. The next step is to sit down and migrate all of my data from my current phone to the new one. Wish me luck, and if you’ve got any tips or advice, do feel free to share.
