Link of the Day: The Clean Air Commute

“The Clean Air Commute is an annual event organized by Pollution Probe. It serves as a reminder that we all have a responsibility to do whatever we can to reduce the amount of pollutants being released into the air by high volumes of vehicles traveling on our streets and highways.”

The Clean Air Commute is happening right now; it began on Sunday, 13 June 2011, and it runs until Saturday, 19 June 2011. A host of companies have pledged their support, and their employees are no doubt commuting more responsibly and efficiently this week. Let’s hope they keep it up once the official commute is over, and that they inspire others to do the same.
