Where are all the children?

Well, it looks like our first Hallowe’en at our new place has come and gone without a single child knocking on our door. If I were to guess, I’d say it’s because there are houses on only one side of our street, and the kids don’t want to waste their time along it.

It’s either that, or the neighbourhood parents have told their children to stay away from house for some reason, which is certainly disconcerting if true. Either way, we get to eat the bowl of candy!
